The sales kit for a small company

Know the moment your proposal gets read. Then win the deal.

Send the PDF as a link and Tiny Ant tells you when it's opened, how long it's read and which page they lingered on. Keep the deal, the contact and the next step in a CRM you will actually use. See which companies visit your website before they ever write to you.

Free plan with 1 active proposal and a small CRM. No card. No editor to learn.

Built for small companies that sell with proposals: agencies, consultancies, B2B teams of one to ten.ProposalsCRMVisitorsOne workspace, one price.
What is in the kit

Three parts that share one workspace, one list of people and one price.

Most small companies run sales in email and a spreadsheet, and buy a tracking pixel, a CRM and a visitor tool from three vendors when they grow. Tiny Ant is the three in one place, sized for a team that has better things to do than maintain software.

Proposals

Read receipts, page by page.

Upload the PDF, send the link yourself. You learn when it is opened, how long it is read, which page held them, and which company's network it was opened from. A plain-words notice tells the reader the same.

How it works →
CRM

A pipeline a small team keeps up to date.

Deals on a board you drag, people and companies that link themselves by email domain, tasks with due dates, notes and a timeline. Link a proposal to a deal and its reading shows up on the deal, not in a separate tool.

See the CRM →
Visitors

Companies on your website, by name.

One line of code on your own site. Tiny Ant names the companies whose networks the visits come from, shows what they looked at, and puts them one click from a deal. No cookies, no IP addresses stored.

Get told when it's read

An email the moment it's opened, a summary when they close it: total time, page by page, and where to start your follow-up call.

The summary email

Not "it was opened."
Where the time went.

Most tracking tools stop at the open. Tiny Ant times every page, so you know whether they skimmed the cover or sat on the pricing for three minutes. You walk into the follow-up knowing the question before they ask it.

Opened. One email, the moment it happens. Never more than once per 30 minutes.
Read summary. When they close the tab: total time, heat per page, suggested starting point.
Live view. Watch the proposal being read in the app while it's happening.
Webhooks (paid plans). The same events pushed to your CRM, Slack, or Zapier.

What your buyer sees

Tracking they can read about on the page itself.

Hidden pixels make buyers feel watched. Tiny Ant tells them, in plain words, that the page notes when it's opened, and that no cookies or IP addresses are stored. Trust survives the sale. So does your deal.

No cookiesThe session lives in the tab and dies with it.
No IP, no fingerprintWe note phone, tablet or computer. Nothing else about the device.

Deliberately small

Everything the big suites make you pay for, we left out on purpose.

A kit is not a suite. Tiny Ant covers the sales work of a small company and stops there. You keep the tools you already like for writing and signing.

Not included

A proposal editor

Keep writing in Google Docs, Word, Canva, or InDesign. Export to PDF. We take it from there, and your layout stays exactly yours.

Not included

E‑signatures

Signing is a legal product with legal pricing. Use the one your buyer already trusts once the reading is done.

Not included

Marketing automation

No sequences, no lead scoring, no forms builder. The CRM holds deals, people, companies, tasks and notes. Webhooks, the API and the MCP server carry events to whatever else you run.

Included in every plan: the read receipt timed page by page, a CRM with a pipeline, and a privacy notice your buyer can see.

Questions

The ones we get asked before the first upload.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. The link opens in any browser, on any device. There is nothing to accept, install, or sign in to.

Will my buyer know it is tracked?

Yes, on purpose. A one-line notice sits at the bottom of every viewing page. In our experience this builds more trust than a hidden pixel, and it makes the GDPR conversation a short one.

What if they forward the link?

A named link stays attributed to that recipient, so you will see another visit under their name. If you expect forwarding, create one shared link instead. You can also set links to expire.

Can they download the PDF?

Your call, per proposal. Downloads are allowed by default and can be switched off when you create the links, or later.

What about proposals that are not PDFs?

Export to PDF from whatever you write in: Google Docs, Word, Canva, InDesign, Keynote. Tiny Ant takes the PDF from there and your layout stays exactly yours.

Do I have to use the CRM?

No. Proposals work on their own, and the CRM is there when you want deals, contacts and tasks next to them. Every plan has it; the Free plan is capped at 10 open deals, 50 people and 50 companies.

I already have a CRM. Does Tiny Ant talk to it?

Paid plans get webhooks for opened, read, status and deal events, a REST API and an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor, Make or your own code can read and update the workspace. There is no one-click sync with HubSpot or Pipedrive.

How does Visitors find companies without cookies?

From the network the visit comes through, worked out on our server. A company with its own network shows up by name. Connect your own free ipapi.is account and far more networks get a name. Nothing is placed in the visitor's browser and the IP address is never stored. Visitors is on the Pro and Team plans.

Your next proposal goes out this week. Send it with an ant on it.
